When will the product that I like will be back on stock
On the page of the productline you prefer, you can find the stock info about the date on which the stock will be added to the webshop. This date is an indication because it depends on the delivery of a third party. For specific questions you can always email us.

Is it save to order on doeli.com?
Yes! your contact details are transfered through a secure connection to our system, there is nobody in between
My order has been canceled, why?
Your payment must be completed within 2 weeks after the order is received. We advise you to pay as soon as possible in order to receive your products.
Payment
Is it save to pay for an order on doeli.com?
Yes. You always pay through a secure connection of iDeal (in your own familiar bank surroundings) or Paypal. Or you can make an advance payment and when we receive your payment we will send the order to you.
Can I pay with my creditcard?
Yes, you can. You then choose to pay with Paypal. On the secure website of Paypal, you can choose for the option to pay by credit card without a Paypal account. Follow the instructions on the screen.
After my payment, when can I expect my order?
Upon receipt of your payment to our account, we shall dispatch your order. You will receive your products, if in stock within 2 working days if you live in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands it depends on the destination. You can also follow the status of your orders in your own account information (see menu)
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
When your order has been shipped ,you will receive a trackingcode number so that you can follow the status of the delivery time and date.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No, that is not possible.
Returns
I want to return my order?
You can return your goods only after consultation with us. Please contact us to make an appointment. In each case the following applies: If a product has not been received in an correct state, or you want to return a product for any other reason, you must file a return request. You can do that by email. Mail us the following: the order number and the reason why you want to return the order. After approval you will receive a return number, on which you can return the order to us. The return number is 14 days valid. The product needs to be returned it its original state. Please take notice that the package is packed well enough so that your shipment is not damaged during transport. The return number is clearly visible (eg not with a stylus on the box, but in an envelope in the package). Shipments without a return number and / or unstamped shipments will be refused! Although the customer is entitled to return the order within seven days of purchase without giving any reason, it is important that you first contact us.
